Sun State is a roller derby league based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Australia.

We acknowledge and pay respects to the Yuggera and Turrbal people,

the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we train, skate and play.

We are proud to be an Open Gender League, skating WFTDA and World Skate rule sets.

PACIFIC INVITATIONAL tournament

Pacific Invitational is a roller derby tournament co-hosted by Sun State Roller Derby and Brisbane City Rollers in Queensland, Australia.

Starting in 2018, this tournament has provided WFTDA leagues from Australia and New Zealand with the sanctioned games they need to compete in post season tournaments and achieve their ranking goals.

Pacific Invitational is a WFTDA recognised tournament.
